Insult a Day!

When we went shopping in manila i saw this insult a day thing and thought I would buy it. Here are some of my favorite insults:

Day2- Yet another idiot suffering from diarrhea of the mouth and constipation of the brain...

I wanna watch this.

Monte Carlo

It is an upcoming American romantic comedy film directed by Tome Bezucha. It is loosely based on the novel Headhunters by Jules Bass. Monte Carlo stars Selena Gomez, Katie Cassidy and Leighton Meester as three friends posing as wealthy socialites in Monaco. The film will be released on July 1, 2011.

PLOT
Three young girls (Selena Gomez, Katie Cassidy, Leighton Meester ) use their savings for a dream trip to Paris, which turns out to be a big disaster. When they decide to take a break from their lousy tour and sneak into the lobby of a 5-star hotel, one of the girls is mistaken for a spoiled British heiress. Before they get the chance to reveal their true identities, the girls are wrapped up in a whirlwind of paparazzi, couture gowns, storybook romances, and living the glamorous life in Monte Carlo.

I find the plot very interesting. It's also the type of movie that I would like.

Focus on the car!

Shortly after that 'Ogie' incident our car arrived and we went shopping. We shopped the entire afternoon, we were so tired that I couldn't feel my legs anymore. We were also carrying a lot of baggage. So to sum it all up, we were all dead tired. When we arrived at the entrance/exit our car hadn't arrived yet. So all of us sat down and again waited for the car. Mom just remained standing near the door were the footman was. I was again impatient in waiting for the car so I examined carefully ever car that passed by. It so happened that this car passed by and really caught my attention:

I was watching the car so intently and saw that there were two people who came out of the car. One of them was very thin, had very fair skin, and was really pretty... WAIT! Is that Marian Rivera??!! OMHYGHOD. I was astounded. At first I didn't believe it but it was really her. She was with her friend and looked like she was going shopping. When she entered the building me and my companions were like freaking out, silently of course. The funny part was my yaya, a big fan of Marian Rivera, didn't see her! We asked her why and she said she was looking at the foreigners and the old lady. We started laughing because she was the only one who didn't get to see her.

One of those moments...

This was one of my experiences when we went to Manila during the very long weekend. This was a 'one of those unbelievable moments' thing, so here it goes:

So we just checked in at our hotel and were planning to go shopping. We were waiting for our car at the lobby. They, mom, my sister, cousin, and yaya, were facing the inside of the lobby while I was facing the front of the lobby. I was very impatient waiting for the car, hence I was the only one facing the doors of the hotel. I was also looking at the people who were entering the hotel. Unexpectedly I saw a familiar looking face. I say familiar because it was a very famous face. At that time I was thinking, 'Did I just see...'. Well, somewhere along those lines. Then I was uncertain because it wasn't just everyday that you could get to see that person. So I asked my companions, 'Was that Ogie Alcasid who just passed by?'. Then they were like 'WHERE??!!'.

It was a very unbelievable experience, but I was 100% sure that that was Ogie Alcasid that I saw. It was confirmed because my cousin said 'No wonder...'. I was so happy because I was the only one that saw him straight on.

The Power of CHOCOLATE!

SUSHI.

I sometimes get weird food cravings. Right now I feel like having Japanese food. Last time I wanted chocolates, now I'm up for sushi. Weird, right?

Sushi- is a Japanese dish consisting of cooked vinegared rice which is commonly topped with other ingredients, such as fish or other seafood, or put into rolls. Sliced raw fish by itself is called sashimi, as distinct from sushi. Sushi that is served rolled inside or around nori, dried and pressed sheets of seaweed, is makizushi. Toppings stuffed into a small pouch of fried tofu is inarizushi. A bowl of sushi rice with toppings scattered over it is called chirashizushi.

FRO YO craze!

Frozen Yogurt a.k.a Fro Yo- a frozen dessert made from, or containing yogurt or other dairy products. It is slightly more tart than ice cream, as well as lower in fat (due to the use of milk instead of cream). It differs from ice milk (more recently termed low-fat or light ice cream), which does not include yogurt as an ingredient.

Eat, Pray, Love

Memories

Thank you Hazel! This is a picture of my kindergarten days. We're all dressed up because we were going to have our fine dining. As you can see (or can't see) there are a lot of familiar faces in the picture. By the way, have you found ME in the picture yet? There are at least 7 girls in their that are still my classmates now in Assumption (including me). It's up to you to figure out who they are ;)

Here's another shocker. It's not only Taylor Swift who's going to be visiting us here. Justin Bieber will also have his My World Tour concert. Ahhh... Serendipity. Now that Taylor and Justin are going to the Philippines everybody's making a ruckus over the tickets. I heard that Swift's tickets are already sold out! I think all the Beliebers would be their to support Justin. I hope that they don't run out of tickets. Justin, I'm coming!

I'm Fearless, so Speak Now!

This is a dream come true... When I heard that Taylor Swift was having a concert here in Philippines I thought everybody was joking! I checked the schedule and found out that it would be held on a Saturday. How nice it would be if I could go. You know this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity. Whatever happens, I wanna go to Araneta Coliseum on the 19th of February. Wait for me Taylor!!!
